The Help Desk must use the SSO login process to access SOAR.

Help Desk Login Instructions

  1. Click the SOAR SSO link.

  2. Enter the GE Healthcare SSO ID.

  3. Enter a password.

  4. Select the Help Desk role in the Role Name dropdown.

  5. Click the Continue button.
