Resend Credentials
The Help Desk can Resend Credentials to the supplier upon request and update the contact details if the email or name is incorrect.
Resend Credentials Instructions
Click the All Suppliers icon from the dashboard.
Search for the vendor number in the VR ID column or supplier in the Company Name column.
Click the Supplier Record to highlight the row.
Click the Resend Credentials button. A new window opens to resend credentials.
Click the Envelope icon in the resend column. A confirmation dialog opens.
Click Yes to resend credentials or No to return to the contact list.
Click the Submit button to return to the supplier list.
If the supplier’s first or last name are changed, SOAR will send a new username email. The new username is required to login.
If the supplier’s contact information is resent, SOAR will send an email to the selected user with a new username and temporary password.
