The supplier is required to complete the registration process before GE Healthcare supplier approval is granted.

The SOAR registration process consists of the following steps:

  • Registration Checklist

  • General Business Information

  • Business Address

  • Country Specific Tax Information

  • Banking Details

  • Business Biography

  • Business Certifications

  • Insurance Information

  • ERS Receipt

  • Document Upload

  • Review and Submit

Supplier Registration Overview

After changing the password, and logging in for the first time, SOAR immediately proceeds to the registration process.

Supplier Registration Navigation

As each registration section is completed, SOAR indicates the level of progress by marking Complete or Incomplete.

To proceed to the next registration step, click Next>> or to complete later, click Save Draft. To review a previously completed step, click the topic in the list or <<Previous, when available.

The ERS Receipt section may appear for select jurisdictions or if the supplier is enrolled in the receipt settlement invoicing program by GEHC.

If registration steps are not completed in one session, SOAR will retain the last completed step and proceed to the next step after login.

Supplier Registration Timeout

If there is no user activity, SOAR displays a Need More Time? warning, indicating the user session will expire.

To continue with a user session, select Stay Signed In or Sign out and complete the supplier invitation later.

Supplier Registration Required Fields

The supplier registration process includes required fields that must be completed as indicated by a red asterisk.

SOAR will not advance if required fields are not completed.

SOAR displays tips in select fields when accessed by a mouse click or hover.

Supplier Registration Data Processing

SOAR is designed as a Software as a Service (SaaS) portal and connects with several platforms to validate banking, tax and address information. The values selected in dropdown menus or entered as free text, including required fields, may have a processing delay to postback information.

When SOAR queries data after selecting or typing in field values, a processing loader is displayed in this format:
